Burning bowl; bird count

The Dryden-related news in today's Ithaca Journal is a couple of announcements of events on the west side (or western edge) of the town, in Briefly in Tompkins and Local Briefs:

The Foundation of Light will be having a Burning Bowl ceremony from 5:15pm to 7:30pm tonight, New Year's Eve.
The Cayuga Bird Club's Christmas Bird Count, which will include most of Dryden, will be tomorrow, concluding with a dish-to-pass supper at the Lab of Ornithology at 6:30pm.
