Varna pancake breakfast, holiday party
The Varna Community Association has two events planned for the next week, both at the Varna Community Center (map).
- There will be a pancake breakfast on Sunday the 12th from 8:00am to noon. It's $5.00 for adults, $4.50 for seniors. Children 5-12 are $3.50, and children under 5 are free. I'll be helping serve the food.
- The kids' holiday fun night will be held next Friday the 17th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. It's free, and will include cookies, games, decoration-making, and "a visit from your favorite elf." The party is co-sponsored by the VCA and TOPS (Taking Off Pounds Sensibly) NY #1176 Varna.
The VCA is also having a food drive, so bring canned and non-perishable food if you can!
