This morning's Ithaca Journal visits a computer animation studio on Sunset West, Maas Digital. Dan Maas began his work at Cornell and continues it today in Dryden. You can see his work for the Mars Rover video simulation - there's even a section on how it was made. Maas was nominated for two Emmy awards in July for his work on PBS' show NOVA.
