Moving into the barn

The Saltonstall Arts Colony is looking for resident artists in poetry, prose, photography, and the visual arts for summer 2006. (The colony is on Ellis Hollow Creek Road, and I visited one of their Open Studio Sundays last July.)

In the print edition, Briefly in Dryden lists the continuation of the Dryden Veterans Memorial Home gift box drive, the TC3 Alumni Association trip to New York on Saturday, the annual meeting of the TC3 Foundation Tuesday, and a January 12th senior citizens services presentation January 12th.

The Ithaca City School District continues discussion about school start times.

In county news, the Journal talks with Gwen Wilkinson about the upcoming transition as she becomes District Attorney.
