This morning's Ithaca Journal reports that the County Legislature approved bonds and other funding for TC3's master plan:

Besides the $4 million in bonds approved Tuesday, the county also is allocating $3.6 million in refinanced tobacco payments, $620,000 in other funding and $1.9 million in credit. The college's master plan includes new athletic facilities, additional classroom and laboratory space and new student health and activities centers for the Dryden campus.
