Today, October 12th, is the last day to register to vote for the November 6th election.
It is also the last day to change your party affiliation if you want that change to take effect in time for the February 5th presidential primary. Changes made after today won't happen until November 11, 2008. (This is another part of New York State election law I think we'd be smart to change.)
For more information, visit the Board of Elections - they're open until 4:30pm today.
