Congressman Michael Arcuri came to Dryden Town Hall Tuesday to discuss oil and gas drilling stormwater regulations he'd seen through the House.
Mike Arcuri discusses drilling regulation.
My favorite point Arcuri made was that this isn't singling out oil and gas companies for more regulation - it just puts them on the same playing field as everyone else building something new. I'm not surprised that Dick Cheney thought his good friends in the energy industry could somehow be trusted to do a better job than everyone else, but as unfortunate events in the Gulf have demonstrated, they don't.
