If you're lucky enough to be reading this before 3:00pm, or whenever they run out of chicken, the Varna Volunteer Fire Company is having a barbecue at their station.

This barbecue is a fundraiser for Stars of Hope, a cancer research program of Regal Cinemas. They're also having a car wash at the same time. It's strange to see the station bays empty - and not on a call - but they have some seating inside.

Chicken dinner is $7.00, and includes pasta salad, beans, and a roll. A chicken-half alone is $4.00. They also have excellent brownies for 50¢. Car washes are $3.00.
