Next Tuesday night, the Dryden Town Historical Society will be having an event at the Dryden Village Hall (map):
Civil War Army Movements: The Impact On The Rural Communities
Tom Canfield, Civil War researcher and reenactor, will look beyond the famous battle events. He will focus on how local areas were changed by the large number of troops moving through.
Come at 7 pm. to view an exhibit of Tom's civil war items. You are invited to bring your civil war memorabilia to display also.
That's Tuesday, April 25th, at the Village Hall. Exhibits open at 7:00pm, and the talk will start at 7:30pm. Like all DTHS events, admission is free.
