Okay, it's money you need to work for, not just crates of gold sitting quietly and waiting for someone to discover them. The Life section of today's Journal reports on the How, When, and Why of Forest Farming resource center, produced by Cornell Cooperative Extension. Much of Dryden's current forest used to be farmland - and it can be again, while still keep the forest cover.
Otherwise, local news is pretty quiet - I'm guessing Dryden residents are enjoying the weather.
